By enrolling in the Forged by Fire Coaching Program (“Program”), you (“Client” or “Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions as a binding agreement between you and Forged by Fire LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These terms are designed to protect your experience, our mission, and both parties legally.

Program Overview

Forged by Fire is a 12-week, faith-based coaching and discipleship program designed to help men grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. This includes weekly teaching sessions, reflection materials, journaling prompts, spiritual challenges, and optional one-on-one follow-up coaching.

This is not therapy, counseling, or licensed mental health treatment. This program is spiritual and personal development coaching rooted in Biblical principles.

Confidentiality

We are committed to creating a safe and sacred space for men to grow. By participating, you agree to keep all personal disclosures, testimonies, or private stories shared by others during sessions strictly confidential.

Confidentiality does not extend to disclosures involving:

Threats of harm to self or others

Abuse or illegal activity

Court subpoenas or lawful government requests

Payment & Refund Policy

By enrolling, you agree to pay the full Program fee, whether as a one-time payment or an installment plan.

Payment is non-refundable, regardless of participation level or results.

Late or failed payments may result in access being paused or removed.

If you miss a session, recordings will be provided if available, but no make-up coaching is guaranteed.

If you need to pause due to life events, we may offer a one-time deferral (at our discretion).

Intellectual Property

All materials, including PDF guides, worksheets, teachings, and any downloadable or viewable content, remain the sole intellectual property of Forged by Fire LLC.

You may not: Reproduce, redistribute, or share any materials publicly

Use the materials to coach others without explicit, written permission

Translate, sell, or license the curriculum

Legal action may be pursued if these rights are violated.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

Show up with humility, honesty, and integrity

Engage with the content and community in a respectful manner

Abstain from disruptive, abusive, or dishonest behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.

Coaching Disclaimer

Forged by Fire offers spiritual coaching and mentorship. We do not guarantee any specific results or transformation. Success depends on your personal commitment, spiritual openness, and willingness to do the work.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, addiction recovery, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis, we encourage you to seek licensed professional help.

Media Release

By participating, you grant Forged by Fire permission to use your written feedback, testimonials, or images shared during the Program for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Forged by Fire LLC and its coaches are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, emotional distress, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Program. You agree to participate voluntarily and release us from legal claims arising from the Program.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within Collin County, Texas.

Agreement

By submitting payment, attending any session, or accessing Program materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
